Approval of Minutes
Upon motion and second,
the April 15, 2007,
minutes were approved
Zoning and Development
Perimeter Center

36 acres at Hammond
Drive and Perimeter
Center Parkway--GID
would like to build
a pedestrian oriented,
mixed-use development
that creates a sense
of place for the
community. Rental
and condos (3000)
will be marketed
to young professionals
and empty nesters.
High Street will
be built in phases.
They would like to
continue discussion
with small groups
and then return to
a DHA meeting for
another presentation
after rezoning application
process.
Dunwoody Village – Warren
Jolly
Jolly cannot make
a presentation until
June.

be done.

Board Discussion
and Votes
The Developer of
3 new houses on Dunwoody
Club Drive asked
for a waiver on road
requirements. DHA
does not support
decel/excel lanes
or bike lanes. Motion
was made to support
application for Waiver.
It was seconded and
motion passed.
General discussion
followed on Master
Plan for Hospital
area on Shallowford
Road, density of
Dunwoody Park development,
and assemblage sign
at Dunwoody Club/Winters
Chapel.
Question was raised
about the condition
of the Chestnut Farm
House. CRIER will
soon have an article
on the house.
Upkeep of Dunwoody
Village Parkway was
discussed and some
present expressed
an interested in
doing this.
Dr. Priluck, tonight’s
guest, is interested
in sponsoring Screen
on the Green or
upkeep of an area.
